Drag this link to your bookmarks bar: Extend Turntable.fm

Once you have the link in your bookmarks bar, just click it while you're on Turntable.fm - you'll know it's working if a gear shows up at the top right of the page, to the right of the room buttons. Click the gear to open the preferences menu.
